BIOGRAPHY:

Rafael is an expert civil engineer and joined Critério Experts after working for almost 10 years serving the insurance and reinsurance market, mainly in complex and large financial claims.

He has experience in working in cases of fire (developing studies to calculate losses and survey the value at risk), windstorms, landslides, roads and highways, damage to buildings, property valuation, causes of various accidents, among others.

Experience in dealing with Surety Bond and Arbitration claims, assisting the insurance company and the legal team with specific analyzes (of physical-financial work schedules, measurements, projects, daily work reports, etc.) .

Development and implementation of Aerophotogrammetry and Topography services with Drones for risk analysis, performing mathematical modeling for 3D presentation, digital elevation map, and services aimed at precision agriculture.

Rafael is also a judicial expert at the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (TJSP) and has several roles as Technical Assistant.
